SINE DIE III - Yes to Police Accountability & Reform - No to Bonding & Taxes

Work is getting done on the outside of the Capitol by a workman while inside the Capitol legislators passed two resolutions but no one really knows what progress is being made on bonding, taxes and police accountability. A police accountability package may be the closest to getting resolved before the end on the day. Later in late night a compromise police accountability and reform package passed the House and Senate. A bonding and tax package failed to pass the House by six votes. The Senate adjourned the second special session sine die early the next morning.
